As I approach month ten of the continuing adventures associated with living in our newly built home, I am often reminded of how easy you have made this transition.

Having been a client for the last ten years, I have come to enjoy an extremely high level of service from you and your managers. 

While I expected nothing short of spectacular in the landscaping design of our new house, I did not anticipate as much reliance on your knowledge in other areas quite so quickly.  Thank you for responding so promptly, when flooding became an issue, (as it did for so much of Sparta this past summer).  The drainage system that you devised has functioned perfectly, and is especially appreciated for the attractive manner in which you incorporated it into the landscaping.   Please note that we have received many compliments regarding your work on the new house.

It has been a very rewarding experience for us.  Thanks to your efforts, we are moving ahead with the swimming pool construction.
